Cancellation Policy
I require a $50 booking fee to hold your appointment time. Booking fees can be paid via gloss genius or Venmo (emm1997). Booking fees will be used towards the finaI price of your appointment. I require 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. Anything after 48 hours is a forfeit of the deposit and the remaining balance of your service after the deposit. ANY CANCELLATION IS A FORFEIT OF THE DEPOSIT REGARDLESS OF NOTICE TIME.
I have a 15 minute grace period, anything later than 15 minutes I will not be able to accommodate your service and the appointment will be treated as a cancellation.
